A flipped classroom "flips" learning so that students gain
knowledge before class, and during class teachers guide students to actively and interactively clarify and apply that same knowledge. Flipped learning is not just for home. As part of a blended learning environment, flipped videos can be viewed independently by students while the teacher is working with
small, differentiated groups.
